Food Service Engineering has been involved in kitchen consulting as well as kitchen equipment design and supervision since 1983.
This includes open kitchens designed to make meals more immersive, kitchen environments that make cooking more pleasant, kitchens for which the best possible equipment layout and lines of flow have been thoroughly considered, and the selection of equipment based on the consideration of labor shortages and other issues.
Even as the types of kitchens people need change from moment to moment, we will keep a close eye on kitchen trends and propose ideas as we work with our customers to help them achieve the kitchens they want.
